Midwest Sled Dog Symposium and Teacher Conference

The Midwest Sled Dog Symposium is ​pleased to announce our 2017 keynote speaker: 

Martin Buser

Martin moved to Alaska in 1979 and began racing the Iditarod in 1980 and has competed in every race since 1986. Martin's Iditarod  successes include 16 top 10 finishes and four victories. Martin has also won the coveted Leonhard Seppela Award for the most humanitarian care of a dog team an unprecedented five times over three different decades of racing.

The 2017 Midwest Sled Dog Symposium and Teacher's Conference will run on Friday, September 29th and Saturday September 30th.
